What flooring brand do you install?

What's the difference between LVP and LVT?
Both are waterproof vinyl flooring. LVP (luxury vinyl plank) is shaped like wood boards, while LVT (luxury vinyl tile) is shaped like tile, often for bathrooms, entryways, or a tile look without grout maintenance.
Can you refinish existing hardwood instead of replacing it?
In many cases, yes. Sanding and refinishing existing hardwood is often more cost-effective than replacement, as long as the wood has enough material left to sand.
What is self-leveling underlayment used for?
Self-leveling underlayment is poured over an uneven subfloor to flatten it out, giving flooring like LVP, tile, or hardwood a sound, even base to be installed on. It's a prep step, not a finished floor on its own.
What is epoxy flooring used for?
Epoxy flooring is a durable, seamless resin coating applied directly over concrete as the finished floor surface, commonly used in basements, garages, and commercial or industrial floors.
